Digital or printed gift cards CAN'T BE returned or exchanged into money. They also CAN'T be extended after the final expiration day.
In case you want to extend the gift card, please write us an email BEFORE the expiration day and we will extend it with 20% Gift Card value for three more months. We will not extend the gift card after the expiration day.
Don't worry if you decide to return your order or change the size of the ring. We guarantee 14 - days return policy for every order.
As our jewelry is made of sterling silver 925, we recommend cleaning the jewelry as often as needed using our Cleaning Kit to reduce tarnishing. Please try to avoid over-exposing the jewelry to water and sunlight. Since exposure to air can also oxidize silver jewelry, we recommend storing it in an air tight pouch, rather than keeping it exposed to air.
