Shipping Policy

Soda Futura creation is hand-made after ordering.  Please allow between 5 days to two weeks on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive.  Most orders are ready to ship within 4-5 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production. We will inform you about that via e-mail.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer direct exchanges through the site.  If you'd like to exchange a product, we will refund you the cost and you will have to place a new order online through our website.
