Return + refund policies
Soda Futura provides the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customized items & Sterling Silver AVIA ring are not eligible for return.
Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Soda Futura is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. However, we are always able to give you a tracking number in order to see where your item is.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with a tag and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Digital or printed gift cards CAN'T BE returned or exchanged for money. It also CAN'T be extended after the final expiration day.
In case you want to extend the gift card, please write us an email BEFORE the expiration day and we will extend it with 20% Gift Card value. We will not extend the gift card after the expiration day.
