We DO NOT repair other jewelers', brands' or antique jewelry. 

If something happens to jewelry pieces made by SODA FUTURA within 14 days after receiving the item, we repair it for free if the damage is caused by the defect not by accident. 

We DO NOT polish or renew SODA FUTURA's jewelry.

REUSING YOUR OWN METAL

We DO NOT reuse ANY customers' metal for exchange of the jewelry pieces from our e-shop.

We DO NOT reuse SILVER, but we DO reuse GOLD for custom orders only.
